I took Sunday off, mostly because I was in quite a bit of pain. I talked to my cousin about what could be causing me to constantly break down, little injury after little injury, it's getting more than frustrating to say the least.
She discussed the possibility of my SI joint being out of place and we scheduled a meet up for Monday to see if I could get it re-aligned if that was indeed the issue. If it is, then it could be one of the major contributors to what is causing my right side to continuously have problems.
