No rest for the weary. Back to the gym for more non-impact work. I did a 2 mile/10 minute warm up on the stationary bike, then started laps in the pool. I only had about 30 minutes before the swim class kicked me out, but was about to get in about 700m.
I scored a chiro appt for Tuesday...I'm a little apprehensive about it, but I'm game to try anything once. Well, almost anything.
