I had an appointment with a personal training to do some weight training. I warmed up for 10 minutes on the elliptical and realized that my knee pain has nothing to do with impact, it's triggered by motion. The trainer also suggested using the 2nd knee band I have to help keep my patella from dropping to far down, which makes the top tendon have to work extra hard to pull it back up.
The weight training went well. I didn't do enough to get sore, but it was a good refresher on how to use all the different machines.
