Day 1: 5k (3.2 Miles for those of you who don't follow the metric system)

I haven't ran more than about a 1/4 mile in over a year, so I went out with a pathetically set goal of a sub-40 min 5k. It was ugly, but I did it.

Normal problems. I get a massive muscle cramp in the top right set of my abdominal muscles. It always happens...a mile in...every damn time. If I could get rid of it, I think I'd be able to run a 5 or 10k straight. No other major issues though.
