I'll go ahead and call for a Mulligan today. 7 miles tomorrow. I got about 2.5 done today and my knee said no more, so I hobbled in. We'll have to see how it feels tomorrow. This is concerning, but I'm hoping I just torqued it weird on Thursday during the race. It was hurting a little on Thursday night and Friday. Since it's still so early in my program I really don't want to push it and really screw stuff up.
Bad day. The hardest thing about training by yourself is getting through the hard times with no encouragement from the outside.
Time to listen to some music and re-focus.
